Submission

By submitting, authors warrant originality and grant ISconference a non-exclusive licence to publish accepted papers in conference proceedings.

Fees & refunds

The 15 USD submission fee is non-refundable. Registration fees, where applicable, are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant.

Code of conduct

All participants agree to behave respectfully and professionally. Harassment of any form is grounds for removal without refund.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled by force majeure, contributions will be moved to the online format.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
