Can I attend online?+
Yes. ISconference 2026 is a hybrid event. You can attend on-site in Kyoto or join all sessions online.
When will I be notified of acceptance?+
Within four weeks of submission, following double-blind peer review.
What language is the conference in?+
All sessions are conducted in English.
Will accepted papers be published?+
Yes. Accepted papers are published in the official proceedings with ISBN and DOI.
Can I submit more than one summary?+
Yes, each submission requires its own form and 15 USD fee.
Do you offer letters of invitation for visa purposes?+
Yes. After registration is paid, contact info@isconference.org to request a letter.
Is the registration fee refundable?+
The 15 USD submission fee is non-refundable but transferable between sessions of the same edition.
