Financial Support

Full Scholarship Program

The conference is committed to supporting participation from talented and motivated individuals regardless of their financial circumstances. A limited number of full scholarships are available for participants who would otherwise be unable to attend.

What the Scholarship Covers

  • Round-trip travel to and from the conference location.
  • Accommodation for the duration of the conference.
  • Full conference registration and attendance fees.
  • Access to all conference sessions, workshops, networking events, and official conference activities included in the standard registration package.

Eligibility

Scholarships are open to students, researchers, professionals, entrepreneurs, community leaders, and other individuals who can demonstrate both a strong interest in the conference themes and a need for financial support.

How to Apply

To apply for a scholarship, applicants must complete the conference application or registration form and select "Yes" when asked if they wish to be considered for a scholarship.

Submit a short statement (300–500 words) describing your background, why you would like to attend, how participation will contribute to your development, and why financial assistance is necessary.

Selection Criteria

  • Motivation and demonstrated interest in the conference topics.
  • Potential impact of participation on your future work, studies, or community.
  • Financial need.
  • Commitment to actively engaging in conference activities.

Notification

All scholarship applicants will be notified of the outcome by email. Selected participants will receive detailed instructions regarding travel arrangements, accommodation, and conference registration.

Please note that scholarships are limited and awarded through a competitive selection process. Applying for a scholarship does not guarantee funding.
